Most weddings have one thing in common, a bride and a groom. What they don’t have in common is everything else. All weddings are individualistic and personal! Since every bride and groom has their own vision, we can guide you thru the entire wedding planning process to achieve that vision. We will take all of your ideas and budget into consideration and help you create the day of your dreams that you will remember for a lifetime. Our experience includes handling a wedding for the Platinum Weddings program to small elegant intimate weddings. Our goal is to give you a stress-free wedding experience.
The first step in most weddings is the destination or venue. Luckily, on this ever-changing Island, you will have several visually stunning choices which simply allow variations on the shared theme of exchanging love and commitment. Catalina By Design can help you create a custom wedding for you by you. Whether you prefer the iconic Casino Ballroom, featuring the largest circular ballroom in North America with a formal flair, the sloping lawn that runs to the sea at the Descanso Beach Club for a casual but elegant beach wedding, where the ocean acts as a stunning backdrop from the ceremonial stage or a classic wedding at the historic Catalina Country club or a smaller Intimate Beach wedding, we will create an outline and package with all your chosen ideas. We will start the process by setting up a site visit of ceremony options and showing you all the venues available.

Coordinate group hotel blocks with special pricing if available
Recommend rehearsal dinner options as well as run the actual rehearsal
Meet and greet of wedding party and group guests at designated boat dock
Handle housing and boat arrangements for wedding party and guests with an excel spreadsheet that gives you weekly updates on who is attending
Arrange hair, make-up or massage appointments on morning of ceremony for bridal party
Offer fun options for the grooms’ party such as golf outings, fishing trips, kayak expeditions, snorkeling, hiking or any other athletic related activities
SUV car service on Island to help with day of arrival luggage, wedding items that need to be transported to a specific venue, meeting musicians or DJ pick up at boat dock and taken to selected venue
Bridal pick up at designated hotel or venue and driven to the wedding site prior to the ceremony with 3 additional guests
Showcase linen options
Coordinate with florist especially flowers for the wedding site and bridal party arrangements
